Tiny Tote exchange

Jillian – who organized the Tiny Tote swap – also swapped herself. And here’s the tote she sent to her lucky recipient.

Blocks (her own design) are made with Collection # 3

(and at least one of them will appear as a hexagon bonus-block on the Inklingo sampler later this year)

A hexagon hexagon quilt top

Cathi is working on this hexagon quilt made of hexagons and equilateral triangles from Collection 1.

Shapes used are the 1″ hexagon and equilateral triangle found in Collection 1.

New rounds are added periodically as I find new colours that work. Continuous stitching as a new round is added makes this very enjoyable and quick to put together.

Seven Sisters Table Runner

This table runner was made by Cathi as a Christmas gift.

It was made using the 1.5″ diamonds and equilateral triangles from Collection 3.

Size about 20″ by 55″ (a guesstimate)

For the stars – 1.5″ diamonds
The setting pieces in white are also 1.5″ diamonds

The outer edges of each block also have 5 of the 1.5″ triangles.

I started making Seven Sisters blocks using the various sizes of diamonds and when I had made one block using the 1.5″ size I realized it would be an appropriate size for a table runner. This was the result.
